Making Change is the voice of participants about their process and experience of MAKING CHANGE, taking positive steps away from the street.
MAKING CHANGE is intended also to be a communication tool for community to be aware and learn of issues addressed by participants at 'the back door'. It is produced by the joint efforts of participants and volunteers. As such it is a gift to you.

Something I'd Change
If I could change how shelters were run, the first thing I would change would be to let everyone come in and eat at the same time because then it wouldn’t make the image of favoritism or something like that.
